Since 1995, the company had evolved into a full service manufacturer, supplier and distributor to various industry sectors and gained a strong reputation for excellent service. The owners were also interested in capitalizing on their equity, so our managing partnership model was an ideal solution, allowing the vendors to realize their equity while remaining shareholders and manage the company’s growth.
A professional rebrand including a new website and marketing materials, along with new product formulation, packaging and an added service offering helped put Protonics on an even footing with their national competitors. In partnership with management, systems and processes were overhauled to accommodate more volume. We then helped pursue new partnerships with large regional chains and within months, sales had climbed close to 30%.
